Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Judo Gear. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates will be provided once your order is placed, but please note that our print-on-demand services may result in variable shipping times.

Shipment to PO Boxes

Judo Gear ships to addresses within the UK and to select international locations. We currently do not ship to PO Boxes. For any special shipping requests, please contact us directly.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped outside of the UK, Judo Gear is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Judo Gear is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Third-Party Print-on-Demand Services

Please note that Judo Gear uses third-party print-on-demand services to fulfill some orders. This may affect shipping times, costs, and locations to which we can ship. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

EU Shipping

EU customers can enjoy a hassle-free shopping experience with all taxes and duties paid
at checkout.
1. VAT and duty Inclusive Pricing: For orders under 150€ (excluding shipping and
taxes), all VAT and customs duties are included in the price at checkout. No
additional charges on delivery.
2. Quick Customs Clearance: Orders under 150€ benefit from expedited customs
processing, resulting in faster delivery times..
3. Separate Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated separately and are not
included in the 150€ limit. Please review shipping costs at checkout.
4. Customs Support: If local customs charge any fees upon delivery, please contact
